Must be clean and in working condition 10 years or newer and in good condition

Countertops (like new condition only) Must be 20 years or newer In good condition No damage or missing parts 
DoorsInterior & exterior with or without frames
Patio doors must be 10 years or newer Must be in good condition No damage or fogged glass Storm doors in good condition with frame 
FlooringCarpet, tile and vinyl—new only
Wood flooring—new or Used Carpet and vinyl must be 30 sq. ft. minimum and new 
Light Fixtures and Ceiling FansAll light fixtures and ceiling fans in working order
No fluorescent bulbs 
LumberDecking, lumber, hardwood, sheet goods, trim
Treated lumber 10 years or newer Framing Lumber — at least 2’ long Trim — at least 2’ long Sheet goods — at least ½ sheet 
ToolsHand tools and power tools
Power tools must be in working condition with all safety guards 
WindowsDouble pane — less than 10 years old

Hardware and FastenersAll hardware and fasteners accepted
Landscaping/ Lawn and GardenLawn and garden tools in working condition, Bricks, block, pavers, birdbaths etc. Lawn and garden tools in working condition 
PlumbingSinks, tubs, faucets, hardware, copper, toilets, shower doors, vanity tops
Must be in good condition No chips, cracks, or rust damage 
Vintage ItemsWe accept most antique items. Items older than stated accepted ages are taken on a case-by-case basis

How to Donate
We accept donations any time during our business hours. All donation are tax-deductible. Follow these simple steps to make a donation:
- Please make sure your item is on our list of accepted materials below.
- Text us pictures of all large items (with dimensions) or large volume donations at 715-446-0739 to confirm we have space in our showroom.
- Be sure to pick up your tax receipt at the time of your donation.
